  1. Open the order confirmation email titled "Welcome to CloudMounter for Mac (Personal for 1 Year)".
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the "review your subscription" link.
  3. The subscription management page will open. Locate and click the "Cancel Subscription" option.
  4. Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly and request cancellation assistance.
After making a purchase, the invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided in your account. If you need a copy of the invoice or encounter any issues with receiving it, you can contact our support team for further assistance.
A 7-day free trial is provided when purchasing a yearly subscription only. During the trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. The subscription fee will be charged only after the trial period ends.
No, the CloudMounter Team license cannot be shared between Windows and macOS.
- Team license for Mac is valid for 5 Macs only.
- Team license for Windows is valid for 5 PCs only.
Each license type is separate and cannot be used on the other platform.
