b. Finder: Go > Connect to Server (or `Command+K`), then enter the server address and your credentials.
Download the chosen FTP files to the hard disk.
Click OneDrive’s “+New & Upload” and select the files or folder you downloaded from FTP.
The upload to OneDrive will begin automatically.

Note: As you can see, this is not a very convenient process that can take time. In addition, your local disk must have enough space for the files you download from the storage or server.
