Install SyncMate on your Mac computer. As Bookmarks sync plugin is available in Expert edition you'll need to upgrade to Expert here. And remember it is a good idea to try SyncMate Free Edition before you decide to upgrade to Expert).

Open the app and in its left pane click ‘Add New’ to select Android device. Connect your phone or tablet to your Mac now.

Click the "+" button in the upper panel and choose "Safari Bookmarks" in the list of plugins; adjust the syncing parameters if needed. Also you can remove those Android bookmarks you don't use anymore right from SyncMate interface.

Click "Sync" to have your bookmarks updated on your devices.
