Electronic Team Resume: Our achievements and results for 2023

The year might be over, but our commitment to providing you exceptional service continues. Just like in previous years, in 2023, we listened to your feedback and improved our products. Your voice helped us make strides in enhancing functionality, user experience, and usability, and we hope we were able to address the challenges you faced.

Now let’s briefly summarize what we managed to achieve during the year for each of our Mac products:

CloudMounter

New version of CloudMounter, with a new mount type, better compatibility, and various fixes and improvements! Moreover, in just one year, there have been 5 releases with more than 20 product improvements, among them: ability to create a shared link on Google Drive, Amazon IAM support, ability to work with files offline, support for ssh-agent for SFTP connections, etc.

Elmedia

We are happy to announce that, to further enhance the subtitle experience, Elmedia Player has integrated support for the newest API from OpenSubtitles.com. What’s more, Elmedia updated with experimental H.266/VVC codec support and we even held an exhibit at IBC2023. The VVC (or H.266) standard provides smooth video decoding and supports resolutions ranging from very low to 4K and 16K as well as 360° video, which is quite revolutionary.

MacDroid

MacDroid was launched on the Mac App Store, and with over 10 thousand downloads in the first month, it got a top-30 spot in Utilities.

Commander One

We’ve made over 10 improvements and fixes to Commander One thanks to your feedback! Now it features improved work with MTP devices, SSH-agent support for SFTP connections, and the ability to display iCloud Drive in the drive list and others.
